  • Understand your spending patterns

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Prices are subject to change with notice
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
  • Upload malicious content or viruses
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account credentials with others

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Any errors will be corrected
  • The App is free of viruses or harmful components
  • The results from using the App will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDITSPIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Financial decisions made based on App data
  • Service interruptions or data loss

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreditSpire from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.
