Download CreditSpire from the App Store or Google Play, then tap "Sign Up" to create your account using your email address.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes! We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) and never store your actual bank credentials. Your data is protected with row-level security.

How do I import bank statements?

Go to Transactions → tap the upload icon → select your CSV file. CreditSpire automatically detects and categorizes your transactions.

What's the difference between Free and Premium?

Free includes basic budgeting and transaction tracking. Premium adds unlimited budgets, AI insights, family sharing, and advanced analytics.

Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage your subscription through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are processed through Apple or Google. Contact their support with your purchase details for refund requests.

Account

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account, or visit our account deletion page.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Go to Profile → Export Data to download all your transactions and budgets in CSV format.
